Benefits

Using an Experienced Investor Fund licence from the FSC in Gibraltar allows you to launch a fund under your own branding.

A Gibraltar-based fund registered with the GFSC, with a technical listing on the Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX).

Gibraltar’s financial promotion equivalence with the UK means your fund can be passported for a dual listing in the UK.

GSX listing is supplemented with an ISIN, which allows wider investor visibility on investment platforms amongst experienced investors. As well as, crucially with institutional investors such as pension funds.

Complete legal segregation and financial ring fencing ensured by established Gibraltar protected cell company (PCC) structure.
